FAQ

Our most frequently asked questions and answers

Dress for the weather in comfortable clothing and wear sturdy boots or old trainers. We advise you to bring gloves for paintball and airsoft games as getting shot in the fingers can hurt. Don’t worry, if you forget your gloves you can purchase them from our onsite shop. They cost £7 each or two pairs for £12. They are not required to play.

Top Tip: Masks Steaming Up?
Outdoor activities at our site is like being at the gym. This means you have to dress with this in mind.
You wouldn’t run on a treadmill while wearing a coat.
The best way to stop fog is to remove thick cloths. This includes coats, hoodies & jumpers. Jeans are also a big no no.
We provide all our customers with anti-fog masks and overalls but they can only handle so much. If you are dripping with sweat, no mask in the world will help.

We ask everyone to book. This allows us to prepare equipment prior to your arrival. The booking system automatically disables it’s self the day before the event you can call 01293 882 806 to find out if we have availability.

Safety is important to us. We have highly trained marshalls that run your session. They are there to run the games and show you how to use the equipment correctly. They are also there to make sure you keep safe throughout your activity.

Some players will only use 50 paintballs a game, other players will be more aggressive and shoot 200 paintballs a game. All our paintballs come in tubes of 100 and it is down to the player or party organiser to share/use as they see fit. Our all inclusive package allow players to shoot 67 paintball a game based on 6 games. You can purchase more if required on the day. Empty tubes are also available near the check in area.

We ask at least one person to stay behind and supervise children before their session, on their breaks between games and after the session has finished. The marshals on site are only there to run games, for safety and to maintain equipment and cannot look after your children. Please ensure you have enough adults on site to control the children before, between and after your session.

We do not provide a host or entertainer for your event and this is reflected in the price. If you would like to hire one privately and have them attend that isn’t an issue. We do provide a free outdoor play area located next to the helicopter for customer use. Please ensure you have enough adults on site to control the children before, between and after your session.

We do not provide table service for your event as our café is an outdoor self service area. However we do provide a pager system for purchased food/drink to ensure there is no waiting around the food collection point.
